This is the kind of smile he gave when the audience did a standing ovation! :)
Well, not for my shows as he was smiling with his head bowed, shy guy is shy... haha!
Back from Kinkakuji trip! There isn't much to elaborate about the stageplay as the DVD will be releasing soon in just few days time. All I have to say is just watch it! It probably won't disappoint you, however this isn't a happy-go-lucky story but a rather heavy one.
I am not sure how different it would be watching on the screen and watching live, but I was very impressed with this play.
There were NO MISTAKES at all in any part of the play as I've watched twice and I would be able to pick out mistakes.
The narration was magnificent, I was really impressed with it.
The set on the stage was fully utilized, and every item on the stage was used very appropriately.
Lastly, I was very impressed with Go when the whole play ended and he came out as "Morita Go" and not "Mizoguchi", you can see the difference in him. He looked like his usual self and just smiled very happily when the audience clapped to show our appreciation. His eyes and expression was different when he was Mizoguchi.
Huge poster outside the theater!
